  • Chicken breast, cut into cubes400g
  • Mixed bell peppers (pre-cut strips)2 cups
  • Onion, sliced1 medium
  • Garlic, minced2 cloves
  • Paprika powder1.5 tbsp
  • Sweet chili sauce3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • Sugar1/2 tsp
  • Vegetable oil1.5 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Water2 tbsp
  • Spring onions, choppedfor garnish

    Season chicken cubes with salt and black pepper.
