- Onions, finely chopped1 large
- Ginger-garlic paste1.5 tbsp
- Curry leaves1 sprig
- Ground coriander1.5 tbsp
- Ground cumin1 tsp
- Turmeric powder0.5 tsp
- Red chili powder1 tsp
- Garam masala0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Water1/4 cup

In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Mix well.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.

Add finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

Add the marinated chicken to the pan. Cook, stirring frequently, until the chicken is browned and almost cooked through.

Add water and stir. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the chicken to cook completely.

Uncover and cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring, until any excess liquid has evaporated and the chicken is coated in a thick spice mixture.
