- Squid500g, cleaned and cut into rings
- Coconut milk400ml
- Malaysian curry paste3-4 tbsp (adjust to taste)
- Onion1/2, thinly sliced
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Water50ml

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté sliced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the Malaysian curry paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.

Pour in the coconut milk and water. Bring to a simmer.

Add the squid rings. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Avoid overcooking.
