  • Sesame oil1 tsp
  • Fresh cilantro1 bunch, chopped
  • Fresh mint1/2 bunch, chopped
  • Green onions1/2 bunch, sliced
  • Carrot1 medium, julienned
  • Cucumber1/2, julienned
  • Bean sprouts1 cup
  • Roasted peanuts, crushed1/4 cup
  • Fried shallots2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
