- Cooked chicken (rotisserie or pre-boiled)300g
- Glass noodles (mung bean vermicelli)150g
- Chicken broth (low sodium)1.5 liters
- Ginger1 small piece
- Garlic2 cloves
- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Scallions1/2 bunch
- Cilantro1/2 bunch

Shred the cooked chicken.

Thinly slice ginger and garlic.

In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer. Add sliced ginger and garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes to infuse flavor.

Soak glass noodles in warm water until softened, then drain.

Blanch noodles briefly in boiling water, then drain.
