- Ginger1 small piece
- Garlic2 cloves
- Glass noodles (Mien)150g
- Scallions2 stalks
- Cilantro1/2 bunch

Prepare the duck: Thinly slice the cooked duck breast. If using roasted duck, remove meat from bones and slice.

Prepare the broth base: Mince the ginger and garlic. Heat a small amount of oil (optional, or use a non-stick pan) and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Simmer the broth: Pour the chicken or duck broth into a pot. Add the sautéed ginger and garlic. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes to infuse flavors.

Prepare the glass noodles: Soak the glass noodles in warm water according to package instructions until softened. Drain well.

Assemble the soup: Divide the soaked glass noodles among serving bowls. Arrange the sliced duck over the noodles. Pour the hot broth over the ingredients.
