- Gac fruit extract or powder1-2 tablespoons
- Coconut milk1/2 cup
- Sugar2 tablespoons
- Salt1/4 teaspoon

If using pre-cooked rice, ensure it is warm. If not, steam it until cooked (about 20-25 minutes).

In a bowl, mix the warm sticky rice with the gac fruit extract or powder until evenly colored. Add a splash of water if needed to help distribute the color.

Gently heat the coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan until sugar dissolves. Do not boil.

Pour the warm coconut milk mixture over the colored rice and mix well. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb.
