- Garlic powder1 tbsp
- Onion powder1 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- All-purpose flour1 cup
- Cornstarch1/4 cup
- Vegetable oil for fryingAs needed
- WaterAs needed

Pat chicken pieces dry.

In a bowl, toss chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.

In a shallow dish, combine all-purpose flour and cornstarch.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan or pot over medium-high heat to about 170°C (340°F).
