- Star fruit (Sấu)2 pieces, sliced
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Ginger1/2 inch piece, grated
- Fish sauce2 tablespoons
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Water300 ml
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Scallionsfor garnish
