- Coconut milk150ml
- Garlic2 cloves
- Onion1/2 medium
- Fish sauce1.5 tbsp
- Curry powder1.5 tsp
- Sugar1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Scallionsfor garnish
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Slice onion. Mince garlic.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion. Stir-fry until softened and fragrant.

Add pre-cut duck meat to the wok. Stir-fry until browned.

In a small bowl, whisk together coconut milk, fish sauce, curry powder, and sugar.

Pour the coconut milk mixture over the duck. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the duck is cooked through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add a little water if the sauce becomes too thick.
