- Cooked shrimp200g
- Pre-cooked sliced pork (e.g., char siu or roast pork)150g
- Chicken broth1 liter
- Turmeric powder1/2 tsp
- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Shallot powder1 tsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Scallions, chopped2
- Cilantro, chopped1/4 cup
- Peanuts, roasted and crushed1/4 cup
- Bean sprouts1 cup
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cook Mì Quảng noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse.

In a pot, combine chicken broth, turmeric powder, fish sauce, sugar, shallot powder, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer.

Add cooked shrimp and pre-cooked pork slices to the simmering broth. Heat through for about 2-3 minutes.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

To serve, place noodles in bowls. Ladle the broth with shrimp and pork over the noodles.

Garnish with chopped scallions, cilantro, and crushed peanuts. Serve with bean sprouts on the side.
