  • Chicken broth1 liter
  • Turmeric powder1/2 tsp
  • Fish sauce2 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Shallot powder1 tsp
  • Garlic powder1 tsp
  • Scallions, chopped2
  • Cilantro, chopped1/4 cup
  • Peanuts, roasted and crushed1/4 cup
  • Bean sprouts1 cup
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    In a pot, combine chicken broth, turmeric powder, fish sauce, sugar, shallot powder, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer.
