- Beef sirloin, pre-cut into cubes500g
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Onion powder1 tsp
- Mixed bell peppers, pre-sliced2 cups
- Yellow onion, pre-sliced1 cup
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Brown sugar1 tsp
- Cornstarch1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Water2 tbsp
- Cooked rice, for serving4 cups
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish2 tbsp

In a bowl, toss beef cubes with garlic powder, onion powder, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together remaining soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water to create the sauce.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef and set aside.

Add remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil to the wok. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Return beef to the wok. Pour the sauce over the mixture. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serve immediately over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions.
