- Rice vermicelli noodles (bún tươi)400g
- Pre-made fish cakes (chả cá viên)250g
- Chicken or vegetable broth (low sodium)1.5 liters
- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Salt1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Scallions1/2 bunch
- Chilito taste
- Lime1

Heat the broth in a pot. Season with fish sauce, salt, and black pepper.

Slice the pre-made fish cakes into bite-sized pieces.

Blanch the rice vermicelli noodles in boiling water. Drain and divide into serving bowls.

Add the sliced fish cakes to the simmering broth for a few minutes until heated through.
