- Cooked chicken breast200g
- Bell peppers (mixed colors)1 cup
- Onion1/2 cup
- Garlic2 cloves
- Oyster sauce2 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Cornstarch1 tsp
- Vegetable oilfor frying and stir-frying

- Black pepperto taste
- Water1/4 cup

Boil egg noodles until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and pat dry. Toss with 1 tbsp vegetable oil.

Heat oil in a wok or deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry noodles in batches until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Mix sauce: combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup water. Set aside.

Slice cooked chicken, bell peppers, and onion. Mince garlic.
