- Glass noodles (miến dong)150g
- Pre-cooked crab meat200g
- Scallions2 stalks
- Garlic2 cloves
- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water2 tbsp
- Cilantrofor garnish

Soak glass noodles in warm water for 10-15 minutes until softened. Drain and cut into shorter lengths.

Chop scallions and mince garlic.

In a small bowl, whisk together fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and 2 tbsp water. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Add the drained glass noodles and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

Add the pre-cooked crab meat and stir gently to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.

Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles and crab. Toss well until noodles are coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in most of the chopped scallions. Remove from heat.

Serve immediately, garnished with remaining scallions and cilantro.
