- Glass noodles (miến dong)200g
- Pre-cooked shrimp200g
- Pre-sliced squid150g
- Frozen mixed vegetables (e.g., peas, corn, carrots)2 cups
- Garlic2 cloves
- Oyster sauce3 tbsp
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Green onionsfor garnish
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Soak glass noodles in warm water for 10-15 minutes until softened. Drain.

Mince garlic. Chop green onions for garnish.

In a small bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add 2 tbsp of water.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the frozen mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until heated through and slightly tender.

Add the pre-cooked shrimp and pre-sliced squid to the wok. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until heated through.

Add the drained glass noodles and the sauce mixture to the wok. Toss everything together until the noodles are coated and heated through (about 2-3 minutes).
