- Pre-cooked pork heart, sliced150g
- Pork broth (store-bought or quick homemade)1.5 liters

- Fish sauce2 tbsp

- Scallions, chopped1/2 bunch

Heat the pork broth in a pot. Add minced garlic, fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
