  • Garlic powder1 tsp
  • Fish sauce1 tbsp
  • Dill, chopped1 cup
  • Scallions, chopped1/2 cup
  • Peanuts, roasted and chopped1/4 cup
  • Vermicelli noodles200g
  • Vegetable oil3 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
