- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Fish sauce1 tbsp
- Dill, chopped1 cup
- Scallions, chopped1/2 cup
- Peanuts, roasted and chopped1/4 cup
- Vermicelli noodles200g
- Vegetable oil3 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cut the fish fillets into large, bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, mix turmeric powder, garlic powder, fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the fish pieces and toss to coat.

Add the marinated fish to the skillet and pan-fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
