- Pre-made Nem Chua200g
- Cooking oil2 tbsp
- Fresh cilantrofor garnish
- Red chilies, slicedfor garnish

Prepare the Nem Chua: If using large logs, slice the pre-made Nem Chua into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the pan: Heat cooking oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Pan-fry: Add the Nem Chua pieces to the hot skillet. Fry for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and slightly crispy on all sides.

Serve: Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Garnish with fresh cilantro and sliced red chilies. Serve immediately.
