- Minced garlic4 tbsp
- Butter80 g
- Oyster sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Clean the sea snails thoroughly. Soak in salted water for at least 30 minutes, then rinse.

In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the oyster sauce and sugar. Cook for another minute until combined.

Add the cleaned sea snails to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until cooked through and coated.

Remove from heat. Stir in the chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
