- Cooked Pork Tenderloin6 oz, thinly sliced
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Fish Sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar1.5 tbsp
- Water1 tbsp
- Vegetable Oil1 tbsp
- Black Pepper1/4 tsp
- Saltpinch
- Scallionsfor garnish, chopped

In a small bowl, combine fish sauce, sugar, and water. Stir until sugar dissolves. Set aside.
