  • Garlic3 cloves, minced
  • Fish Sauce2 tbsp
  • Sugar1.5 tbsp
  • Water1 tbsp
  • Vegetable Oil1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper1/4 tsp
  • Saltpinch
  • Scallionsfor garnish, chopped
