- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Brown sugar1.5 tbsp
- Garlic, minced1 tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Saltpinch
- Water1 tbsp
- Green onions, sliced, for garnish1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes, optionalpinch
