- Whole snakehead fish (Cá lóc)2
- Garlic3 cloves
- Chilies (red or green)2-3
- Lime juice3 tbsp
- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh cilantrofor garnish

Clean the snakehead fish. Score both sides.

Season the fish with salt and pepper.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the fish for about 10-15 minutes per side, or until cooked through and lightly charred.

While the fish is grilling, prepare the Chanh Ớt sauce: Mince garlic and chilies. Combine with lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Stir well.
