- Basa fillets400g
- Pre-made tamarind soup base100ml
- Pineapple chunks1 cup
- Cherry tomatoes1 cup
- Bean sprouts50g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Water1.2 liters
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh dillfor garnish

Cut basa fillets into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.

Mince garlic. Halve cherry tomatoes.

Heat oil in a pot. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Stir in the pre-made tamarind soup base, fish sauce, and sugar. Adjust seasoning.

Add pineapple chunks and cherry tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add bean sprouts and basa pieces. Simmer gently for 5-7 minutes until fish is cooked.
