- Pre-ground crab meat or crab paste200g
- Jute leaves (Rau đay)1 bunch
- Malabar spinach (Mồng tơi)1/2 bunch
- Garlic2 cloves
- Fish sauce1.5 tablespoons
- Water1.2 liters
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Prepare vegetables: Wash and roughly chop the jute leaves and malabar spinach.

Sauté garlic: Mince garlic and sauté in a pot with a little oil until fragrant.

Add crab paste: Add the pre-ground crab meat or paste to the pot and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add water and boil: Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam.

Add vegetables: Add the chopped jute leaves and malabar spinach. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
