- Bitter melon4 medium
- Ground pork250g
- Shrimp, peeled and finely chopped100g
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Black pepper1 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Water1.5 liters
- Green onions, chopped2 tbsp

Prepare bitter melon: Cut into segments, scoop out seeds. Blanch in salted boiling water for 2 minutes, rinse in cold water. Squeeze gently.

Mix filling: Combine ground pork, chopped shrimp, garlic powder, fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Stuff melon: Fill bitter melon segments with the pork mixture.

Boil broth: Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add stuffed bitter melon.

Simmer: Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes until melon is tender and filling is cooked. Skim impurities.
