- Pre-minced pork150g
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Fish sauce1.5 tbsp
- Cooking oil1 tsp
- Water1.2 liters
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Red chili slices (optional garnish)1/2

Wash and roughly chop the mustard greens.

Heat cooking oil in a pot. Add the pre-minced pork and stir-fry briefly until it breaks apart.

Add garlic powder and stir for 30 seconds.
