- Pre-minced pork150g
- Garlic powder1 teaspoon
- Fish sauce1.5 tablespoons
- Water1.5 liters
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Wash and pick the malabar spinach leaves. Roughly chop them.

In a bowl, mix the pre-minced pork with garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the seasoned minced pork, breaking it up into small pieces.
