- Lemongrass2 stalks, minced
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Shallots1, minced
- Fish sauce3 tbsp
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Black pepper1 tsp
- Rice paper wrappers1 pack
- Lettuce leaves1 head
- Fresh basil leaves1 bunch
- Fresh mint leaves1 bunch
- Cucumber1
- Peanut sauce for dipping1 cup
- Salt1 tsp
- Water4 tbsp

Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with minced lemongrass, garlic, shallots, fish sauce, sugar, black pepper, and salt for at least 30 minutes.

Grill or pan-fry the marinated pork until cooked through and slightly charred.

Prepare the fresh herbs and vegetables. Julienne the cucumber.

Dip a rice paper wrapper in warm water until pliable. Place on a clean surface.

Layer a lettuce leaf, herbs, a piece of grilled pork, and cucumber strips onto the wrapper.

Fold the sides inwards and roll up tightly.
