- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Sugar2 tbsp
- Rice vinegar2 tbsp
- Pineapple juice1/4 cup
- Cornstarch1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Cilantrofor garnish
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Season pork ribs with salt and pepper.

Mince garlic and grate ginger.

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, pineapple juice, and cornstarch to make the sauce.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry pork ribs until browned and cooked through. Remove ribs and set aside.

Add garlic and ginger to the wok and stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Pour the prepared sauce into the wok. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
