  • Fish sauce2 tbsp
  • Lemongrass2 stalks, finely minced
  • Garlic4 cloves, minced
  • Chili1-2, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • Sesame oil1 tbsp
  • Black pepper1/2 tsp
  • Salt1/2 tsp
  • Water2 tbsp
  • Cilantrofor garnish
  • Chili slicesfor garnish

    In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, fish sauce, minced lemongrass, minced garlic, chopped chili, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
