- Fish sauce3 tbsp
- Brown sugar2 tbsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Onion powder1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Water1/4 cup
- Cooking oil1 tbsp
- Green onionsfor garnish, chopped

In a bowl, combine pork pieces with 2 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.

Heat cooking oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until browned.

Add the remaining 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, and 1/4 cup water. Stir to coat the pork.

Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
