- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Onion1/2 large
- Bell pepper (any color)1
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Butter1 tbsp
- Salad greensfor serving
- Saltto taste

Cut beef into 1-inch cubes. Slice onion and bell pepper. Mince garlic or use garlic powder.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add beef and toss. Let marinate for 5-10 minutes.

Heat oil and butter in a skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry quickly until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove beef.

Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
