- Beef sirloin or flank steak1 lb
- Celery stalks3
- Garlic powder1 tsp
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Water1 tbsp

Slice beef thinly. In a bowl, toss beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce, garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Wash celery and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef.

Add remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil to the wok. Add celery and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.

Return beef to the wok. Add remaining 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp water. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until heated through and sauce slightly coats ingredients.
