- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Onion1/2, sliced
- Bell pepper (any color)1/2, sliced
- Soy sauce3 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Water1 tbsp
- Green onionsfor garnish

Cut beef into bite-sized cubes. Marinate with minced garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1/4 tsp black pepper for 10 minutes.

Mix remaining soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, and water for the sauce.

Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef.

Add onion and bell pepper to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.

Return beef to the wok. Pour sauce over. Toss quickly until coated and heated through.
