  • Rice paper wrappers12-16
  • Fresh lettuce leaves1 head
  • Fresh mint leaves1 bunch
  • Fresh cilantro sprigs1 bunch
  • Peanut butter1/2 cup
  • Hoisin sauce2 tbsp
  • Water1/4 cup

    Prepare the marinade: Finely mince lemongrass, garlic, and chilies. Combine with fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
