  • Fish sauce1.5 tbsp
  • Rice vermicelli noodles300g
  • Mixed fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)1 cup
  • Butter lettuce1/2 head

    In a pot, combine rice vinegar, water, lemongrass (paste or slices), minced garlic, sliced chilies, sugar, salt, and fish sauce.
