- Assorted pre-sliced mushrooms (shiitake, oyster, button)500g
- Chicken or beef slices (optional)200g
- Vegetable or chicken broth1.5 liters
- Mushroom hot pot seasoning paste2 tbsp
- Bok choy1 head
- Garlic2 cloves
- Scallions2 stalks
- Saltto taste

Mince garlic and chop scallions.

In a pot, combine broth and mushroom hot pot seasoning paste. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the paste.

Add minced garlic and bring back to a simmer.

Wash and separate bok choy leaves.

Add the assorted mushrooms and optional meat slices to the simmering broth. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until meat is cooked through and mushrooms are tender.

Add bok choy leaves and cook for another 1-2 minutes until wilted.

Season with salt if needed. Garnish with chopped scallions.
