  • Panko breadcrumbs1.5 cups

  • Black pepper1/2 tsp
  • Vegetable oil, for frying3 cups
  • Sweet chili sauce, for dipping1/2 cup
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish2 tbsp

    Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot or wok over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).
