- Coarsely ground black pepper1.5 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Water1/4 cup
- Cornstarch1 teaspoon, mixed with 1 tablespoon water
- Vegetable oil2 tablespoons
- Green onions2, chopped
- Parsleyfor garnish

Prepare the sauce by whisking together oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and 1/4 cup water in a small bowl. Set aside.
