- Daikon Radish200g
- Cucumber150g
- Green Papaya150g
- Rice Vinegar150ml
- Sugar100g
- Salt1 tbsp
- Water100ml
- Garlic2 cloves
- Chili Pepper1
- Cilantrosmall bunch

Peel and julienne carrots, daikon radish, and green papaya. Slice cucumber thinly. Mince garlic and chili pepper.

In a bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and water. Stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.

Add the prepared vegetables, garlic, and chili pepper to the pickling liquid. Ensure vegetables are submerged.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld.

Drain excess liquid before serving. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
