  • Pre-cooked beef strips or thinly sliced steak1 lb
  • Garlic powder1 tsp
  • Soy sauce3 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Eggs, lightly beaten2
  • Frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)1 cup
  • Green onions, sliced2 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

    If using raw steak, quickly stir-fry it in 1 tbsp oil with garlic powder, salt, and pepper until just cooked. Remove and set aside. If using pre-cooked beef, skip this step.

    Heat the remaining 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add the beaten eggs and scramble until just set. Break into small pieces.

    Add the cooked rice and frozen mixed vegetables to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the rice is heated through and vegetables are tender.

    In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

    Add the cooked beef (or pre-cooked strips), the sauce mixture, and green onions to the wok. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated.
