- Pork belly500g
- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Shallots1, minced
- Sugar1 tsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Water2 tbsp

Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine pork belly with fish sauce, minced garlic, minced shallots, sugar, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork belly.

Sear the pork belly, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy on all sides. This will take about 10-15 minutes.

Add 2 tbsp of water to the skillet to deglaze and create a light sauce. Stir well.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the pork.
