- Egg1 large
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Chopped walnuts1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil for frying3 cups
- Honey1 cup
- Water2 tablespoons
- Ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon

In a bowl, combine flour, egg, sour cream, sugar, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms. Gently fold in the chopped walnuts.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot over medium-high heat until it reaches about 350°F (175°C).

Drop small spoonfuls of the dough into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove fried bites with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Gently warm the honey with water and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Do not boil.

Toss the warm fried bites in the spiced honey until well coated.
