- Pork tenderloin600g
- Leeks3 large
- Garlic3 cloves
- White wine50ml
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Dried thyme1 tsp
- Black pepperto taste
- Saltto taste
- Fresh dillfor garnish

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips. Clean and thinly slice the leeks. Mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork strips and cook until browned on all sides. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the sliced leeks and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the leeks are softened.

Sprinkle with dried thyme. Pour in the white wine and let it bubble and reduce for 1-2 minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the leeks are tender-crisp.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
