In a bowl, mix ground beef, ground lamb, diced onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the meatballs to the skillet and brown them on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the diced bell pepper to the skillet with the meatballs. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are tender-crisp and the meatballs are cooked through.

Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve directly from the skillet or plate.
