- Red pepper flakes1/4 tsp

- Garlic, minced1 clove
- Fresh dill, chopped1 tbsp

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, grated onion, egg, breadcrumbs, coriander, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Form the mixture into small, round meatballs.

Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

While the kofte are baking, prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
