- Breadcrumbs40g
- Lyutenitsa3 tbsp
- Fresh parsley, chopped1 tbsp

- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil, for fryingsufficient amount

In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Lyutenitsa, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and black pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Form the mixture into small, slightly flattened meatballs.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Fry the meatballs for about 6-8 minutes per side, until cooked through and nicely browned. The Lyutenitsa will give them a slightly deeper color.
