- Onions, diced1 large
- Carrots, diced2 medium
- Bell pepper, diced1
- Garlic, minced3 cloves
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Chicken broth600 ml
- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Dried herbs (e.g., rosemary, thyme)1 tsp
- Cornstarch (optional, for thickening)1 tbsp
- Olive oil2 tbsp

Season rabbit pieces with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Brown the rabbit pieces. Remove and set aside.

Add diced onions, carrots, and bell pepper to the pot. Sauté until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Add minced garlic and tomato paste. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Return rabbit to the pot. Add chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and dried herbs.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until rabbit is cooked through and tender.

If a thicker sauce is desired, mix cornstarch with a little cold water and stir into the stew during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
