  • Rabbit meat500 g, boneless, cut into small pieces
  • Rice150 g, parboiled or quick-cooking
  • Onion1/2, finely chopped
  • Bell pepper1/2, diced
  • Peas100 g, frozen
  • Chicken broth400 ml
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Paprika1 tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Fresh dillfor garnish

    Season rabbit pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add rabbit pieces and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

    Add chopped onion and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

    Add the rice and stir for 1 minute.

    Return rabbit to the skillet. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

    Stir in frozen peas. Cover the skillet and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
